With a long career spanning the internet and telecoms sectors worldwide, Mike began consulting for Kabel-X in 2008 bringing significant international industry expertise to the team.

His focus is on building understanding of Kabel-X’s role in addressing the challenges of delivering next generation broadband across widely distributed networks – and in highlighting the significant social, environmental and financial benefits to be gained.

Prior to joining Kabel-X Mike held posts at CEO and President level of AIM-listed and Nasdaq quoted companies including Freedom4Group plc, Pipex Communications Plc, XO Europe, OneMain.com, ANS Communications (an AOL Company) and BT.

John is one of the UKs leading telecommunications professionals marrying technical and operational expertise with real commercial understanding. He joined Kabel-X in 2008 from Pipex Communications, one of the UK’s largest service providers, to focus on the commercialisation of Kabel-X’s proprietal technologies and the development of the operational systems, processes and procedures behind the business.

At Pipex, John held the post of Group Chief Information and Technical Officer with a team of 400 operational technical staff alongside on and offshore outsourced systems and services.

John provides consultancy services to Cisco Inc and is a member of the UK’s Technical Advisory Board providing services to the Home Office.
